In this Photoshop Video Tutorial, I will show you guys, Rain Effect in Photoshop.
First of all, Cut the Subject then after Place the Background match with the Subject, then after Blur the Background as your Preferences. Then after the merge them Open in the Camera Raw Filter which is in Filter option or by pressing Ctrl+Shift+A to Camera Raw Filter and do Adjustments play with the Radial Filter to get perfect light direction in the Images.
Then, After all, place the Splash water on her body as per the direction or Edges of the Body.
