First of all Dupliavcte the layer and go to Filter and then open Camera Raw Filter. And go to the Calibration Tab and then

RED PRIMARY

HUE: -100%

SATURATION : 0

GREEN PRIMARY

HUE: -100%

SATURATION : 

BLUE PRIMARY

HUE: -50%

SATURATION : 0

after this then go to the Adjustment layer and set TINT: +100
