In This Wavy Effect Photoshop Tutorial, learn How to make a wavy road effect in photoshop. I will show you how to easily make wave distortion effects in photoshop using blending modes.

Basically, I m using Two Images, and first of all wavy water image drag the image in the main image and then adjust the image with help of Ctrl+T to transform and then change the blend mode to Overlay and then after duplicate the background layer and drag above the wave image and the change blend mode to Color that's it :)
